Short Description of Activity
Added names of the 4/21 meeting attendees to the the Alaska Soles list and then sent out an after meeting email with possible advocacy action items needed.
Reflection/Evaluation
Adding names to the Google Group lists was not easy. Although I referred to my manual for a how to memory jog, it had a hard time taking any names that did not use google as an email server. Other names it said must accept an invite before they can be added to the list. It was very frustrating, and one of these people contacted me wanting to do some follow up action but not knowing what to do. I finally sent the email to the list and then bcc’d the names of the those that had to accept an invite before they could be added to the list.
