Reviewed new decisions regarding the Pebble Mine and the Ambler Road project
Reflection/Evaluation
Reviewed the Supreme Court Decision which turned down the Pebble Mine appeal regarding the Corps of Engineers decision to not issue a Clean Water Permit regarding the Pebble Mine. Also reviewed the new decisions in the Ambler Road SEIS, which called for a no action alternative. I sent out emails to Alaska Soles leaders regarding the same. We had cause to celebrate!!!
