Short Description of Activity

This informal group meets quarterly for updates about Bridger-Teton NF and Caribou-Targhee NF wilderness areas. We were updated on the status of forest planning for Bridger-Teton. Solitude monitoring season is beginning in these two forests, with training provided by WWA.

Reflection/Evaluation

This quarter’s call had very little to do with Caribou-Targhee NF, which is the WHALES’ “backyard”, but it’s always good to learn about the forest planning process so we’re ready when it’s our turn.
