Letter to the DSL as well as State representatives and county commissioners regarding the conveyance of BLM land to State Lands.
Reflection/Evaluation
This is pretty concerning for us locally as state lands have been sold to land developers which impacts wildlife, winter range and connectivity. We have seen this happen where I live and now they are at it again in an area outside the urban growth area which would mean not only development but the continuation of sprawl to the east of Bend. We oppose this and request that State Lands do not sell to developers. This action has really been on the low as far as the community knowing anything about this.
