Short Description of Activity
Lorena, Bondi, and Rosanne and I joined via zoom for the campout planning meeting.
Reflection/Evaluation
We confirmed the schedule (attached) and discussed the menu. The first night will be a potluck and we have a pasta night and a taco night as well. We still need to ask someone to lead a sing a long (maybe Linda?). We will be sending out another registration soon as the cost goes up to $70 in July. We only have 6 paid registrations so far so we may put it on the national website in order to get more people. Laurie to do so. Next meeting July 1st 7pm.
