Short Description of Activity
Met with Merkly and Wyden’s staff to discuss Monument Status, our Campaign and why this is important.
Reflection/Evaluation
Meeting went well. While staff can’t make decisions for Wyden or Merkly they can be the messengers of what we are asking for and why. They were willing to listen to us and learned more about the Broads and all the work we do. Think between Mathieu sending emails and making the request, and our dropping off post cards we got their attention.
