Short Description of Activity
We hiked the Horsetooth Falls trail and identified flowers and shrubs using Seek app on phones. Also discussed flower parts and families.
Reflection/Evaluation
Our goal was to have a fun hike and learn to identify plants by their characteristics. That was accomplished. Both new participants reported later that they were able to identify plants on a subsequent hike.
