Short Description of Activity
Micky, Carolyn, and Laurie met over Zoom to discuss last minute details for the upcoming Broadwalk.
Reflection/Evaluation
We first went over the revised schedule that Carolyn proposed. We also needed to update the list of resources that Carolyn put together. Laurie sent out the revised schedule as well as the packing list and the Bios for the speakers. Also the trail maps for Coldwater Lake and Hummocks trails. Laurie completed the Watercolor sign up sheets as well as the meal prep/clean up sign up sheets. Lots of emails are being received about questions about the event and we are responding as best we can. We need to get the numbers of people for each meal to the MSHI as well as a check or credit card for the first day of the event. I will be contacting Emily on August 5 or 6 to get that from her. Laurie and Micky will plan on grocery shopping on August 6 for the breakfast and dinner items. Micky plans to pick up some bakery items as well. We still need to get our attire for the dance party and Micky is working on the playlist for the music. It should be fun! We have a wait list of 2 I think. I will ask Emily to send me the updated registration list before I leave town on Friday.
