Short Description of Activity
I was interviewed by ASU student Sydney Lewis for her senior thesis. The questions were related to my experience with the NEPA process for the Oak Flat/Resolution Copper Project and Land Exchange.
Reflection/Evaluation
Sydney was fairly well versed in the NEPA process. The big difference I felt was not process but conclusion. No matter what the final EIS concluded, the land exchange would proceed unless congress reverses that section of the law contained in the 2012 budget.
