Short Description of Activity
Debrief from previous week’s river trip – what happened and what can we make better.
Reflection/Evaluation
Discussed the overall rivertrip on the Lower Salmon River and some of the issues/concerns that presented themselves on the trip. There were two incidents where someone got hurt and overall the wellbeing of others on the trip could of been compromised. Much to blame was on the Commercial outfitter/company’s lack of experience. We discussed how to approach the company as well as suggestions for future float trips. Need to vet whatever companies we use in the future so that everyone’s safety and health is not compromised.
