Short Description of Activity
Normal sampling event. Gathered samples on the Uncompahgre in Confluence Park, Delta, near the confluence with the Gunnison River. Took filtered and unfiltered samples to have metals assessed. Took samples and conducted protocols for pH, oxygenation, alkalinity and hardness. Data sheets filled and copied. Data submitted online to River Watch and to CPW. Metal samples are being retained until next month for mailing.
Reflection/Evaluation
The goal is to provide reliable data to River Watch on a consistent basis for use in decision making. This goal is being met.
