Short Description of Activity
We hiked the trails around 2 lakes near the Poudre River. A beaver lodge near one shore was observed, but we didn’t see a beaver.
Reflection/Evaluation
This is an area in north Fort Collins. It was a good short hike to reconnect and encourage participants to explore and to organize their own hikes. We also saw beautiful plants, including a milkweed pod with silky white seeds.
