Short Description of Activity
Advocacy night to hear from Chuck Willer of the Coast Range Association about his project encouraging people to document mature/old forests in the Siuslaw National Forest to prepare for the Northwest Forest Plan amendment. We discussed the purpose of the project, and how/where Broads could plug in.
Reflection/Evaluation
Pretty good meeting, though Chuck can be hard to follow. I knew enough of how to bring back on track and answer questions for Broads in ways they understood. Resulted in plans for two field days with Broads coming up!
