Short Description of Activity
Partnered with the Palmer, Alaska recycling center on their volunteer recycling efforts at the Alaska State Fair. We also used the opportunity to do outreach on the Alaska Soles at the State Fair.
Reflection/Evaluation
We had a grand time. We actually recruited a new member as we were waiting in line to gain entrance to the fair. We spoke with others about the Alaska Soles on our recyclying circuits throughout the fairgrounds. We also managed to collect a “fair” amount of items to be recycled.
