Campout Committee Meeting on Zoom 10/21/24; 11/5/2024
Reflection/Evaluation
Rosanne, Bondi, Linda F, Trish, Lynn Fox, Ann, Lorena and Laurie joined a zoom call to plan for the 2025 campout. We researched about 6 different campgrounds and Laurie put together a spreadsheet with all of the information. . We really accomplished so much! Here is a short summary of what we decided for our 2025 Campout:
First Choice: Mt Rainier NP Ohanapecosh
Second Choice:
Cape Lookout State Park
Third Choice:
Champoeg State Park
Our date of choice is September 4 – 7, 2025
Our next meeting will be held on December 4, 2024 at 1:00pm on Zoom!
We can then start discussing the details of the campout, such as registration, cost, meals, hikes, and other activities. Laurie to secure the campground when within 6 months of event. It should be a beautiful venue with lots of hiking options!
