Short Description of Activity
One of our Las Cruces members attended the NM Game & Fish meeting held in Las Cruces. One of the agenda items was Mexican wolf management. She advocated for better management practices of the Mexican wolf regarding some of the issues, on our public lands.
Reflection/Evaluation
Went well and her efforts are much appreciated. She spoke up even though the ranchers were quite vocal about certain issues. Public radio station KRWG aired a short quote featuring our member advocating for the wolves in one of their local news segments.
