Short Description of Activity
Our first meeting for the season, Joseph Holway, assistant director at Spring Stewardship Institute in Flagstaff, AZ, gave a presentation to our group about the state of springs in Arizona, and gave us information and advice on how to continue our Spring Seeker hikes that monitor springs in our area and provide vital information for his organization and Sky Island Alliance in Tucson.
Reflection/Evaluation
It was a zoom meeting so several people attended. Enthusiasm for this kind of stewardship was re-invigorated, especially with the help of a professional in the area.
