Great Old Broads staff brought Broadband leaders together to discuss the financial challenges of the organization and plans for the future
Reflection/Evaluation
It was helpful to hear that the roles of dismissed staff will be filled, for the time being, by board members and volunteer committees. Staff members were honest with leaders about the reasons for the current financial difficulties.
