Short Description of Activity

In August, Debra Ellers, Micky Ryan, and I began planning for a National Broadwalk about the Elwha a Decade after dam removal. Debra toured the NatureBridge site in August, and we then decided on that site as the venue for our Broadwalk. I drafted our National Broadwalk proposal, and we submitted it in September. At the National Conference in October, we learned that our proposal had been approved. Since then, the three of us have been working on planning the Broadwalk through Zoom meetings and email exchanges.

Reflection/Evaluation

Planning for our National Broadwalk has proceeded smoothly thus far. We are at the point of finalizing registration procedures and are just awaiting details on the cost of insurance for the event. Fingers crossed that we can get the registration completed and online soon!
