Short Description of Activity
Our three Broadbands meet via Zoom to start planning for a rendezvous during the Amazing Earthfest in Kanab. We discussed communication, registration, a stewardship project, pricing and timeline. The group site at Ponderosa Grove Camground near Kanab has already been reserved by Greater Wasatch.
Reflection/Evaluation
We settled on $20 per vehicle and $10 per person for the 4 nights. We are going to keep this event as simple as possible. We had 5 Broads participate on the call.
