Short Description of Activity
A guided exploration of Pomo Canyon in Willow State Park to observe, and document winter damage, and identify mushrooms other fungus and early spring wildflowers.
Reflection/Evaluation
A very nice group outing. Everyone was very compatible. Meet new people, discussed the state of environmental movement in this new era. Breathe the fresh air, noted tree fall damage, explored and learned about several new mushrooms including the very interesting, Toothed Jelly fungus and the Hairy curtain crust fungi.
